If you were at all worried that people wouldn’t be watching the new and heavily chinned Matt Smith Doctor Who, Neil Gaiman has revealed to SFX magazine that he’s going to be writing an episode which had the working title of “The House of Nowhere.” Did they think that “The BBC grabs a ton of new viewers for its already mind-bogglingly popular 47-year-old TV series” was way too long?
It’s also going to be for the season after this one, so it looks like the show probably won’t be cancelled this year. But then, if they were willing to do a half-season to accommodate David Tennant’s Shakespeare tendencies, they’re probably in this for the long haul.
Also, it’s so hard to walk away from a nearly 50-year old cash cow…but they’ve done it before.

If the Doctor goes to hell and fights Lucifer for the tardis using nothing but his sonic screwdriver and rapier wit, I just might have to let Neil Gaiman shit on my chest
without charging him this time.If I watched Dr. Who, I would be crazy excited for this.
How ’bout that American Gods sequel now, Gaiman? Or any new novel?
Neil, if you work in a de-regeneration and bring Tennant back for even one episode I’ll let you shit on my chest, Patty’s chest, and Dorma’s. Plus Amanda can watch.
I think I may have to change me panties.
For a guy named “Gay Man”, he’s pretty damn cool.
Dr Who already fought Lucifer two seasons ago.
Heh. “Nail Gaiman”.
What’s that you say, Dr Freud?
Hopefully the new Doctor will get a new TARDIS.
A Re-TARDIS, if you will.
