Three new videos for “Marvel Vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds” were released for Gamescom in Germany. One is a general trailer and the other two show the fighting moves of Dormammu and Viewtiful Joe. Here are the confirmed playable characters so far: Amaterasu, Captain America, Chris Redfield, Chun-Li, Dante, Deadpool, Doctor Doom, Dormammu, Felicia, Hulk, Iron Man, Morrigan Aensland, Ryu, Super-Skrull, Thor, Trish, Viewtiful Joe, and Wolverine. There will be at least a dozen more in the finished version of the game. I hope they add Spider-Ham and Hellcow. They’re so badass. (Sarcasm and hunger may not be a good mix.)
The fight videos for Dormammu and Viewtiful Joe are below. Pause before the end of the video to avoid the ad that can not be paused. (If H.P. Lovecraft were still alive, he’d probably write “The Ad That Can Not Be Paused”, right before we dissect him to figure out how he lived that long. UNLIMITED POWER!)

True story: The reason I use the Dormammu moniker stems from my early teens. We had this XMen Alert! Board Game that had Dormammu as a villain. He was so overpowered that we actually OUTLAWED him from the game. It got to the point where we would make “wagers” about whether or not to put Dormammu in the deck if we were going to play. Great times. Boy we hated that asshole.
I hope Trish’s special moves involve calling her husband to come fight her battles. He’ll attempt to run you over in his van before realizing that he spent way too much money fixing it up for
raping childrencompetitions, and instead will threaten to sue you for your heinous disregard for a law he just made up.Geesh! Will there be a Zero and Mega Man X from Mega Man X, and Ghost Rider, Blade and Punisher from Marvel comics? Hope (with prayers and fingers crossed) for this!
