Vaughn Armstrong is a veteran Star Trek actor who is noted for portraying thirteen separate characters in twenty-eight episodes over four separate series. Armstrong is one of only five actors to play seven or more different characters in the Star Trek franchise. His characters include a Human, a mirror universe Human, a Romulan, a Borg, a Vidiian, a Kreetassan, a Hirogen, two Cardassians, and three Klingons. However, he is probably best known for his recurring role as Admiral Maxwell Forrest in the Star Trek: Enterprise series. He appeared in both the second, and penultimate episode of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. He has the distinction of playing the first male Klingon on Star Trek: The Next Generation, apart from Worf.

A more accurate title for this article would be 25 ACTORS AND CELEBRITIES YOU DIDN’T KNOW APPEARED IN ‘STAR TREK’ (IF YOU DON’T WATCH STAR TREK’)
Lets not forget. Michelle Forbes as Ensign/Lt. Ro Laren in TNG. She also played Dara from Kaelon ll the daughter of Timicin (David Ogden Stiers), also a pretty well known actor; they both were on the series “Half a Life”. Of course that was one of the episode which Majel Barrett-Roddenberry played Lwaxana Troi, and any good Star Trek fan knows who Majel is.
Let’s not forget the late, great and lovely Jill Ireland … who played one of the several beautiful women in Spocks past … on the episode “This Side of Paradise” and a young Clint Howard on the episode “The Corbomite Maneuver”!
The guy who played Shooter McGavin in Happy Gilmore was on the . . . alternate timeline Enterprise B, I think? Or was it C? He hooked up with alternate timeline Tasha Yar.
Star Trek: The Motion Picture had the dad from “7th Heaven,” and then Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home had the mom from “7th Heaven.” They were both terribly annoying.
NASA astronaut Dr. Mae C. Jemison (jsc.nasa.gov/Bios/htmlbios/jemison-mc.html) was a transporter operator in The Next Generation episode “Second Chances” (OK, she’s not an actor).
Jeff Combs was also Shran in a few episodes of ST: Enterprise. John Loprieno (Cord Roberts of One Life to Live) was in both episodes of the Year of Hell in ST: Voyager as the character Obrist; Michelle Phillips (The Mamas and The Papas) was on ST: Next Generation in “We’ll Always Have Paris” as Picard’s former flame.

I do remember that the episode was “Yesterday’s Enterprise.” I could just look up the rest on Memory Alpha, but where’s the fun in that?
How could you guys forget JOAN COLLINS in the original series episode “The City on the Edge of Forever?”
